How much time it takes deliver the product?
After an order is successfully placed, it takes 1-2 days to process and ship it.
For Metros: 3-4 days delivery time
Rest of India: 6-8 days delivery time
Cancellation of order:
After an order is successfully placed, it can only be cancelled before 2hours from that and not after that. After the 2hours duration, order is sent for processing and no cancellation can be done on the same.
Cash On Delivery:
Cash On Delivery option is also available in the store. But, there might still be some products and pin-codes for which COD option is not supported.
Note: Misuse of the COD option can harm your reputation online and you might not be able to use this method elsewhere too. So please don’t misuse COD method.
How do I return my product?
If the delivered product is damaged or wrong product is delivered to the customer, we will provide customer with a new product without any additional cost. But, returns are not accepted otherwise.
In case of damaged/wrong product received by customer, customer need to claim for it within 24hours of receiving the product. Any claim for Damaged/Wrong Product will not be entertained after it.
Customer need to contact us either through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp at +91-8700778606. Customer need to provide us with the proof of damaged/wrong product delivered to them.
Once, we are assured of customer’s claim, we will provide customer with the solution.
