Refund and Replacement Policy
We try our best to make sure customers receive the products as described on our website. Still in any case where the product delivered is wrong/damaged from our end, we offer free of cost replacement, provided we are informed about the same within 48hours from the delivery date and the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
The refund for an order will be issued only if that particular product is not available in our stock to offer you as replacement.
In any case where the customer is responsible for the selection of wrong product, we shall not be able to provide refund/replacement.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account within 5-7 days.
