Travulls offer shipping to majority of Indian pincodes with the help of our shipping aggregators – Delhivery, FedEx, Xpressbees and others. We offer free shipping on the prepaid orders of Rs. 299 and above. There is small charge of Rs. 50 for the prepaid order below Rs. 299.
COD (Cash on delivery) Orders
COD (cash on delivery) services is also available on orders of Rs. 299 and above and for specific products and same can be checked on the checkout page. There is small charge of Rs. 50 on all COD orders. All COD orders are confirmed via Whatsapp and only confirmed orders are then dispatched. All unconfirmed orders are then moved for cancellation.
Delivery
- Majority of orders are shipped within 48hours. And takes around 3-7 business days to reach the destination.
- All updates related to order processing, packing and dispatching are regularly updated to customers via email and SMS.
- In any case where the product is undelivered due to a mistake on customer’s end (e.g. wrong name, address, email or contact number), any return and re-delivery charges will be responsibility of the customer.
- Customer itself is liable to track their orders once the tracking details are sent to them via email. If there is any discrepancy in the order status, customer needs to inform us via Whatsapp @8700778606 under 48hours. Any such claim after the mentioned time frame will not be entertained.
- We try our best that customers receive the product as mentioned on the website. Still in any case where the product received by customer is Wrong/Damaged, customer needs to inform us via Whatsapp @8700778606 under 48hours from the delivery time.
